HOW WE GOT STARTED

My sewing story started with watching my mother sew.  I spent many afternoons sitting by her as she sewed and asked many questions about what she was doing.  She would give me small jobs to do to help her with the project.  When I was old enough to reach the sewing machine pedal, she began teaching me how to sew.  After I had my three girls, I followed in my mother's footsteps and made most of their clothes, including prom dresses and choir uniforms.  After I served as a seamstress for my daughter's school play, I discovered that I had a passion for fitting.  I began offering my services to family, friends and my church community in 2016, and now I am expanding my home business to serve the greater West Michigan area.
